How do I open up an account with LYCON?
The first step to opening an account with us is to fill in an application form . Send all new applications to email@example.com with all relevant attachments (including pictures of your treatment space). Due to the high volume of applications we receive, please allow at least one week for somebody from our team to get back to you. If your application is successful, please note that you will have to purchase a starter kit which includes training.
I have an account with you already, how do I order online?
If you have already got an account with Beauty Triangle and would like to start placing orders online, fill in this form to register for a new account. Please make sure the details you input are the same as we have registered on our system to prevent any delays. As soon as we have verified your details, we will send you an email to let you know the good news! At this time you are only permitted to have one delivery address per account, this can only be changed by a member of the team.
Why do I have to have an account to buy the products?
LYCON is not just a wax, it is an entire professional waxing system which means that each salon that takes on LYCON must have attended training with us and mastered the LYCON techniques of both hot and strip waxing. Once you have participated in any of the Lycon training courses you will automatically join our exclusive list of approved Lycon salons. This will allow our team of customer service representatives to direct any calls when asking for their nearest salon. This exclusive list also entitles you to attend our refresher courses, keeping you in touch with any new Lycon products and making sure your staff are continuously well educated in using the Lycon products to their full potential.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA & Mastercard debit and credit cards. Unfortunately we cannot accept paypal or AMEX at this time!
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, generally we are not able to ammend orders once they have been placed. I f you decide you want to amend your order please call us on +44 020 8795 2706 and we will try to accommodate where possible.
Do I need a waxing qualification to take on LYCON?
Not necessarily. If you wanted to do our Introduction to Lycon Course or Advanced Precision Waxing, you must already have attained your NVQ2/3 or equivalent. However, we do also host a fully accredited, industry recognised Complete Waxing Qualification. This extensive two-and-a-half day course covers both hot and strip waxing and also doubles as your Introduction to the Lycon system! Why do I need to go on LYCON training when I am a qualified therapist?
It is a requirement for all therapists using LYCON that they live up to the standard that customers have come to expect of the LYCON brand. We do not teach you how to wax (this is a pre-requisite for going on the training), we will instead be guiding you through the best techniques to get the most out of our products. You will learn all the skills necessary to perform fast, efficient and thorough treatments. We focus not only on client comfort and correct product usage but also on how the Lycon system will fit into your work place; you will also receive documentation to support what you learn on the day.
Can I cancel a training class that I booked?
All training is non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend or wish to alter your training date, you must let us know at least seven days in advance so we may find an alternate date for you. Please note that cancellations or date amendments made after this time incur a £50 cancellation fee, with no exception.
Do you do offers on products if I buy in bulk?
We do not have any fixed deals for buying in bulk – each month we will have new promotions and these will be published via social media and email newsletter. To sign up for our newsletter please click here. Please note that all promotions are available subject to availability.
Do I need to inform you about a change of address?
Any changes to your delivery address must be pre-approved by a member of our team – an existing account does not necessarily mean your new site will be automatically approved. Please fill in this form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience and allow 5-10 working days for a member of our team to get back to you.
What delivery options do you offer?
UK Standard next working day delivery (when possible) on orders placed before 1pm, and 2-5 working days for all other mainland orders placed after this time. Any orders going anywhere other than the mainline have to be booked via one of our lovely team members on 02075909300
What is your returns policy?
We generally do not accept returns on any goods purchased due to the fragile nature of the items. If you would like to know know about our returns policy, please refer to our terms and conditions
Are Lycon products Vegan?
Lycon is a cruelty-free waxing system, and a large portion of our products are vegan friendly. All of our pre/post waxing products, spa, retail and tinting ranges contain no animal derivatives. Our LycoTec range of waxes (hot and strip) is completely Vegan. Unfortunately most of our hot and strip waxing contain beeswax therefore are not suitable for Vegans.
