Dear valued Beauty Triangle International (LYCON UK) customers,

We wanted to reach out to you at this extraordinary time, to advise you that for the time being we are continuing with business as usual until the UK Government advises otherwise. We want to reassure you that we are well stocked with no worries about our stock levels. As such, we do not anticipate any product shortages as a result of the current situation.

We would also like to assure you that our team is following Government guidelines and exercising responsible practice with regards to cleaning and hygiene (washing hands regularly and using antibacterial products frequently). We are fully aware of the severity of this situation and members of the team will self-quarantine should they start to show any symptoms or have come into contact with any individual with a confirmed case of COVID-19. It is also worth noting that none of our team has returned from outside of the UK since the developments in Italy.

We appreciate that these are worrying and difficult times for small and big businesses alike, and we will try to keep all operating normally for as long as we can. If there are any further developments, we will keep you up to date.

We have had a number of clients contacting us about upcoming training sessions, to see if they are still going ahead/what our cancellation policy is etc so we thought we would give a bit more clarity on this. As it stands, all training classes are going ahead in the coming weeks unless the Government issues further warnings or guidelines. High levels of hygiene practice have always been a priority, but rest assured we have increased our sterilisation & cleaning in line with Public health advice. We would like to ask that all therapists please wash your hands-on arrival & make use of the available hand sanitising gel. Having said that, during this is a truly unprecedented situation, if you feel uncomfortable travelling in for training, or you need to self-isolate, there will be no cancellation fee at this time (however as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as you can).

Furthermore, we do have a continued responsibility to the welfare of our staff and our clients, so with this in mind, if you have attended training in the last four weeks and have started to show any symptoms or have had to self-isolate, please contact us immediately at with your full name and the location that you attended.

Due to current pressure on the courier network, from next week, the warehouse will only be despatching orders on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (no orders will be despatched on Monday or Wednesday) – apologies for any inconvenience caused. You will however be able to place your orders over the phone Monday through Friday, and at any time online.
