Terms & Conditions

General provisions

All the Products sold by Beauty Triangle International are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing by Beauty Triangle International, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time your order is submitted for processing.

These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other document purporting to have a contractual effect including any Exhibition policy.

Goods are not sold on a “sale or return/exchange” basis. Any breakage, spillage or packing errors incurred before reaching you MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned within 24 h.

Clients must check their order before delivery by checking the invoice/sales order – This must be done within the hour of placing the order.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and parts of Europe.
Shipping costs within the United Kingdom are £10 + VAT.


Delivery times given are estimates only. Delivery times vary due to postcode, and only take place Monday-Friday within standard business working hours (8am-8pm). Deliveries are out of our control once they leave our warehouse. If you miss a delivery for any reason, we would recommend contacting DPD directly through the DPD app. 

Deliveries to Scotland are being charged the same rate for the moment being however expect 3-5 working days for delivery. 

Deliveries should arrive within 7 working days of receiving your invoice - if you have not received your goods within this time, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can raise an investigation with DPD. Although we will always endeavour to help, due to current DPD policies, we cannot be held accountable for issues raised after this time.

Damaged Goods

While every effort will be made by our warehouse packing team to ensure that your goods are packed securely, due to the fragile nature of the majority of our products, goods may unfortunately arrive damaged from time to time. Our helpful office team are happy to help resolve any issues regarding cracked bottles, broken pumps or otherwise compromised products*, providing these issues are reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods. We will investigate and resolve each complaint on a case by case basis. If you would like to report an issue, please ensure that you have clear evidence photos of any damage, including exterior pictures of the box, shipping label and damaged items.

*does not include broken uncontaminated Hot Wax

Prices

Prices are always quoted excluding VAT and, unless specific conditions apply.
Prices are subject to change without notice by Beauty Triangle International. However, we will take care to inform you of the price changes by issuing a new catalog or any other document.

Reception and claims

Upon arrival of the merchandise at its place of destination, the client is responsible for ensuring that the delivery is in conformity with his order. It is the recipient's responsibility:

  • Installation and start-up of the equipment are the customer's responsibility. In case of breakdown or malfunction, the equipment, if under guarantee, must be returned to us at the customer's expense for repair.
  • If the equipment is no longer under guarantee, it cannot be returned to Beauty Triangle International.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

If you wish to return or replace an item, please contact Customer Services on 0207 590 9300 and quote your order number. Returns of non-faulty equipment will be at the customer's expense and must be packaged securely and must include the customer's order number, name and address. Equiptment may be returned if the item is within it's warranty period, and may be replaced on a like-for-like basis if found faulty (at the discretion of Beauty Triangle International). If the equipment is no longer under guarantee, it cannot be returned or replaced. 


For hygiene reasons, items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all packaging intact and unopened.


Refunds will be made via the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Compliments and complaints

We hope you will be satisfied with our services and would be happy to receive your feedback. If you are not satisfied in any way we would like to resolve the matter. We are continuously seeking to improve the standards of our products and thus we reserve the right to change the specifications of our products at any time and without prior notification.

Training is non-refundable; payment cannot be redeemed on products.

 

Lycon Pro T-shirt - Return Policy


If needed, how do I Return & Exchange my Lycon Pro T-shirt?

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of your Lycon Pro T-shirt, we will only accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
Please complete our return form and send it with the return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Your card/account will be credited within 5 business days (less the initial shipping charges).

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
Beauty Triangle International LTD is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, we will reimburse the return shipping charges.
